A serious accident does more than bend metal. It pulls the structure of the vehicle out of shape, upsets the suspension geometry and often damages wiring and mechanical components you can't see from the outside. Rebuilding it properly means fixing all of that, not just making the panels look straight again.

At our Belmont workshop we strip the vehicle down to the damage, pull the structure back to specification, replace or fabricate the panels that can't be saved, and finish with colour-matched paint. Because our mechanical and auto electrical teams work in the same yard, everything the accident touched is repaired as one job.

What to expect

Structural repair, not cover-up

Once a vehicle is stripped we measure the shell and pull it back toward factory dimensions before any new panel goes on. Getting the structure right first is what makes doors close properly, panel gaps line up and tyres wear evenly afterwards.

Bodywork and mechanical together

Collisions rarely stay cosmetic — radiators, suspension arms, steering components and looms all take a hit. We repair those in-house so you don't leave with a straight car that still drives badly.

Insurance and private work

We handle both insurance-assessed repairs and private jobs. You get a written scope and a clear price on parts and labour before we start, and we tell you honestly when a rebuild is not worth the money.

Common questions

How long does a rebuild take?: It depends on the damage and parts availability. Light structural work is usually a week or two; heavy rebuilds take longer. We give you a realistic timeline at quoting stage and tell you if it changes.
Can you source the panels?: Yes. We source new or good used panels where possible, and fabricate sections in-house when a part is hard to find in Zimbabwe.
Do you work with insurance assessors?: We do. Bring us the claim details and we'll prepare the quote and scope of work for the assessor.
